I built Teerpu after leading engineering organizations through complex technical transformations at some of the world's most innovative companies. I saw how even the most talented teams lose momentum when high-stakes decisions are stalled by unexamined assumptions or hidden bottlenecks.

Teerpu (తీర్పు)—meaning "The Verdict" in Telugu—was created to bridge the gap between intuition and institutional memory. My goal is to empower leaders with a "Decision Intelligence" engine that ensures every strategic choice is vetted, accountable, and documented for the long term.

My goal is to bridge the gap between intuition and institutional memory by providing leaders with a Decision Intelligence engine. I believe that engineering excellence is built on a foundation of trust, empowerment, and—most importantly—logical rigor. Teerpu is my contribution to the community: a tool to help us move from 'gut-feeling' management to a culture of high-velocity, evidence-based decisions.

The Founding Vision

Every organization makes thousands of decisions. Most are forgotten. The critical few shape destiny. Teerpu exists to ensure those critical decisions are made with clarity, stress-tested for bias, and preserved as institutional wisdom. This isn't just a tool—it's a philosophy: deliberate over reactive, documented over lost, calibrated over guessing.

Personal Privacy Guarantee

Zero AI Training

We explicitly use private API configurations. Your decisions and reasoning kernels are never used to train public LLMs.

Data Sovereignty

Teerpu uses enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256) at rest. You own your institutional memory; we are just the vault.

Audit-Ready

Every decision follows a logical trail, making it easy to satisfy legal, security, and compliance reviews.

"Your strategic decisions are sacred. I personally guarantee that Teerpu will never compromise your institutional memory for profit."
